The Journal of Best Practices – David Finch

By

A relatable and laugh-out-loud memoir about navigating a failing relationship through the lens of autism. I found it humorous, relatable, touching, and at times a bit outdated. As I read, I often thought to myself, “I’ve done that before in my own relationship.” Autism can make relationships more complicated, but it also pushes us to become more thoughtful, more resilient, and more deeply committed to understanding and loving one another. This is what The Journal of Best Practices represents for me.
